1. The Hirer(s) must be present at all times during the function booking. They must also ensure that, in conjunction with 3one7 staff and security, a suitable standard of behaviour is adhered to by all of their guests. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. 2. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. Valid ID will be required by anyone lucky enough to look under the age of 25; acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or a UK Photo Card Driving licence. This is non – negotiable and these are the only forms of ID acceptable. 3. All bar, door and security services will be provided the 3one7 Bar including but no t limited to; all alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The selling of non licensed drinks is not permitted on the premises. 4. The 3ONE7 Bar is a fully licensed venue so any ticket sales where a fee will be charged will be subject to agreement by the management in advance of any event. Unless an agreement is in place tickets will not be permitted to be sold for any event. Terms must be negotiated at least 14 days in advance of an event and the 3ONE7 bar reserve the right to withdraw from any proposed event at anytime. We also reserve the right to cancel any event where we have not been notified that tickets are being sold. 5. The 3one7 Management reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and 3one7 bar reserve the right to have removed from the premises any person appearing to be under the influence of illegal drugs, alcohol or acting in a disorderly manner. Anyone found or suspected to be in possession of illegal drugs of any kind, which includes Cannabis and any substance that may or may not be readily identifiable will be asked to leave the premises immediately and without exception, the police may also be informed. The offending item will be confiscated and forwarded to the Metropolitan Police along with a report and any CCTV images as requested by the police. Should the offender(s) refuse to leave or cause issue then the police will be called immediately. 6. Any damage to any part of the bar, including fixtures and fittings which is proved to be as a direct result of wilful or accidental damage by any person attending an event will be charged to the Hirer. 7. A holding deposit of £500 is required to secure any floor for an event at 3one7 bar. The downstairs bar has a minimum spend of £1200 with 150 person capacity. The main bar area and upstairs bar has a minimum spend of £1800 with 180 person capacity. The deposit is refundable to the hirer 48hrs after the event. This assumes that all outstanding balances including security have been paid for. 8. It is expected that all payments to the 3one7 bar are transacted at least 14 days in advance of the event date. In the event that this is not the case the 3one7 bar reserve the right to restrict or even cancel an event without notice. 9. If the hirer does not honour the booking at 3one7 Bar on the booked date, the deposit will not be refunded to the hirer and will be retained by the bar towards costs. 7 days notice is required to cancel or re book an event, if the minimum notice is not given to cancel or re-book, the hirer understands the deposit will be retained by the bar towards costs. If the event is cancelled or re booked in accordance with the minimum cancellation notice period then the deposit will remain with 3one7 Bar and will be refunded to the hirer 48hrs after the event date. 10. All money payments should be presented at least 14 working days before an event. This ensures enough time to allow funds to clear in our account. 11. No responsibility will be accepted or compensation paid by the 3one7 Bar in the event of loss or damage being suffered by the Hirer or by any other person on account of the failure, for whatever reason, of the lighting, heating, electricity or any other equipment on the premises. 12. The Manager may terminate this agreement at any time by notice to the hirer if; it is our opinion that the continuance of the hire would not be in the interests of the good management of the 3one7 Bar. This would normally occur before an event has commenced but if a running event has any major problems the event may be stopped at the discretion of the manager on shift. 13. The Manager may cancel any hire, for whatever reason, by giving at least 7 working days notice, a full deposit refund will be given. The Manager shall give the Hirer as long a notice period as possible of their intention to terminate the hire but shall not be liable for any loss or damage or otherwise in respect of his/her actions or the actions. 14. The maximum capacity shall not be exceeded, in this event the Management reserve the right to refuse entry to the restricted (booked) area. Any guest arriving after it is deemed to be at maximum capacity will however not be restricted from any other parts of the venue. 15. All negotiations, agreements and special arrangements must be put into writing and attached to form part of this agreement. 16. The manager's decision is final and all Licensing Laws will be adhered too. 17. The Hirer(s) is aware of, has signed below and has a copy of these terms / conditions and has provided a photocopy of valid ID (Driving License or passport).
