The 3Bar is downstairs from the main bar and has its own dance area, toilets and of course, Bar. With its own entrance steps it is available for private hire 7 days a week for private parties, corporate presentations, wedding receptions and birthay or anniversary celebrations. We will supply
a door supervisor to restrict entry to anyone who is not on your guestlist.
The 3Bar is also available for daytime hire for photo/film shoots, conferences and meeting at attractive rates.

How can I get the 3Bar for free ?

To free hire the downstairs 3Bar a deposit of £500 is required. As long as the minimum spend on the Bar that night is £1200 or more you will be refunded your full deposit within 24 hours.

We have found that parties of around 90 or more reach the minimum spend on the bar with ease and have a excellent night. If you will not be needing the downstairs bar then the restricted 3Bar area can be hired at a cost of £500.00 for upto 5 hours.

To free hire the upstairs or middle floors at 3one7 a deposit of £500 is required, the minimum bar spend on these floors is £1800 each the capacity is for 180 people. As long as the minimum spend on the Bar that night is £1800 or more you will be refunded your full deposit within 24 hours.

Remember we can arrange food and buffet for your guests, we can even arrange things like magicians and kissograms for your party. Simply let us know exactly what you need in advance and we will make it so.

I want my own personal DJ ?

You dont need a DJ as our resident DJs always take requests at The 3ONE7 Bar and are always in the mix.

 

Meetings, Media and Showreel Shoots?

The 3Bar can be sealed off with resticted access from the main bar. It can be hired for film and photographic shoots by the hour or on a daily basis. The space is ready to be made over amd transformed for your shoot.
